Salvation Army Angel Tree Program
The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program gives individuals and partnering corporations an opportunity to adopt less fortunate children and seniors and provide them with personalized gifts and necessities. Without the program, many of these individuals would otherwise receive very little or nothing during the Christmas season. Parman has been a sponsor for the Angel Tree Program for several years and Parman employees are able to “adopt” an angel (or angels) each year and purchase gifts for many in need.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee
Second Harvest Food Bank is a central distribution center for companies, groups and individuals who wish to help provide food for hungry people in Middle Tennessee. Second Harvest’s mission is to feed hungry people and work to solve hunger issues in the community. Parman Holdings Corporation partners with Second Harvest Food Bank to sponsor mobile pantries and to support employee volunteer opportunities at the Second Harvest distribution center.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay. Parman supports St. Jude’s efforts to save children’s lives and finding cures.
