Rachel Hockenberger is the Chief Executive of Parman Holdings, an employee-owned organization. Parman is a company with a diversified platform of energy and construction companies.
Rachel graduated with a master’s degree from Liberty University. Prior to her 19 years at Parman, Rachel worked in finance management at a firm in Louisiana. Throughout her career, Rachel has worked in key financial roles and developed collaborative relationships with customers and business partners. Her passion is for strategic planning and human capital development. As CEO of an employee-owned company, Rachel knows people are the most important assets and key in elevating the Parman brand.
Outside of work, Rachel is married to her husband, Colin, and has two sons: Jackson and William
