Nashville Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered community committed to helping those who are hungry, hurting, and experiencing homelessness by providing programs and services that focus on a person’s entire life—physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social.
Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital
Monroe Carell is one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, and the largest in the Southeast. We are ranked nationally in 10 specialties, offer the highest-level NICU and emergency care, and partner with experts across Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Our pioneering research and innovation in pediatric health care bring the latest treatments to our hospital and 22 regional and affiliated clinics. As a nonprofit hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt depends on your generosity to give every child the opportunity for better health.
PENCIL
PENCIL is the premier organization linking community resources to Metro Nashville Public Schools. Thanks to dedicated PENCIL Partners, students work in state-of-the art laboratories alongside teachers and industry professionals. Businesses work to create an engaged and excited student pipeline interested in their industry through internships and job shadowing.
Salvation Army Angel Tree Program
The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program gives individuals and partnering corporations an opportunity to adopt less fortunate children and seniors and provide them with personalized gifts and necessities. Without the program, many of these individuals would otherwise receive very little or nothing during the Christmas season. Parman has been a sponsor for the Angel Tree Program for several years and Parman employees are able to “adopt” an angel (or angels) each year and purchase gifts for many in need.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee
Second Harvest Food Bank is a central distribution center for companies, groups and individuals who wish to help provide food for hungry people in Middle Tennessee. Second Harvest’s mission is to feed hungry people and work to solve hunger issues in the community. Parman Holdings Corporation partners with Second Harvest Food Bank to sponsor mobile pantries and to support employee volunteer opportunities at the Second Harvest distribution center.
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay. Parman supports St. Jude’s efforts to save children’s lives and finding cures.
